Alterations Policy

مدة التعديل ثلاثة أيام عمل، ويمكن إجراء التعديل مرة واحدة فقط. تقتصر التعديلات على تصغير المقاس أو تقصير الطول فقط، ولا يمكن تكبير المقاس أو زيادة الطول. يتم تقديم التعديل الأول مجاناً، وفي حال طلب تعديل ثاني يتم احتساب رسوم قدرها 200 ريال قطري.


Alterations require three business days and can be done one time only. Adjustments are limited to making the dress smaller or shorter, as we are unable to make the dress bigger or longer. The first alteration is provided complimentary, while any second alteration will be subject to a fee of 200 QAR.

Shipping Policy

تستغرق مدة تجهيز الطلب حتى 10 أيام قبل الشحن. يرجى التأكد من صحة جميع التفاصيل، بما في ذلك المقاس وعنوان التوصيل، قبل تأكيد الطلب. بعد بدء تجهيز الطلب، لا يمكن إجراء أي تعديل أو إلغاء.


Order preparation takes up to 10 days before shipping. Please ensure all details, including size and delivery address, are correct before confirming your order. Once your order has been processed, changes or cancellations cannot be made.

نظرًا لطبيعة منتجاتنا، لا نقبل الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع بعد تأكيد الطلب. يرجى مراجعة جدول المقاسات قبل تأكيد الطلب للتأكد من اختيار المقاس الصحيح.


Due to the nature of our products, no exchanges or refunds are accepted once an order is confirmed. Please refer to the size chart before placing your order to ensure the correct fit.

By confirming your order, you agree to our store policies. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once confirmed. Product colors may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings. The brand reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
