The processing time for custom orders is between 7 to 10 business days. We do not have ready-made items; all pieces are made to order based on the customer’s specifications.

Items ordered through the website cannot be returned after the order is confirmed, as orders are processed immediately upon submission and work begins according to the requested size for each customer.

Refunds for items sold on the website are not available unless there is a defect in the item caused by us.

All pieces are tailored based on the customer’s specifications according to the provided size chart when placing the order.

We cannot modify the item if the error is due to the customer choosing a smaller size and later requesting a larger one, as we do not offer exchanges.

Items can be modified for length or fitting within 3 days of receiving the order.

The modification time is 3 business days, and the customer will be responsible for paying the delivery fees for the modification.
